Beautiful, beautiful!

I had a wonderful time meeting "B" and her mommy last week. I think this might have been the easiest session ever because "B" had such a great personality and smiled with ease! "B" turned one a little over a month ago....is she cute or what??

Very little and very beautiful!

Sweet baby "A" suprised her mommy and daddy and came five weeks early. So imagine my surprise when I walked into their home to see such a tiny tiny bundle of joy. I had so much fun taking these newborn pictures, and baby "A" is a natural. She was quite alert and such a good sport as we changed her outfits and bows! Thank you "A" family for letting me spend the afternoon with your sweet sweet baby girl.

A Stroll in the City!

This sweet little girl is about to turn two, so when her mom asked if we could go to the Hillcrest area to take pictures, I was so excited! This beautiful fall Saturday was the perfect setting to snap away and get so many fun pictures of beautiful "T." It was so much fun spending the morning with "T" and her mommy! As we walked down the streets, we stumbled upon a cute shop that had an antique merry-go-round in the front yard. "T" loved riding it!

Saturday, I was able to take pictures of the beautiful "W" family. We decided to meet at a beautiful park in Little Rock and had so much fun taking pictures and then playing at the park.

This might be one of my favorite pictures. R's daddy said this was the last tunnel to go down and then it was time to leave. R took his sweet time going down the tunnel and I was able to get a cute picture of those blue eyes being ever so sly!

The Purse.

One thing I love to do when I take pictures is to get the shots that really describe what is going on! These snapshots are probably not going to end up in a frame, but it when you see it ten years from now, it will immediately bring you back to that moment. For example, these are some of my favorites:

"I" found a ladybug towards the end of the session and wanted to show me. Is this not totally something a little boy would do? I love this picture!
This sweet little girl was insistent on bringing her purse to the photo shoot. I was able to get some cute shots of her carrying her purse but the bonus (for me) was when the purse broke. Everything fell out...bottle caps, pony tails. You should have seen the five of us trying to pick up what was dropped and she's not even two yet!! HA! I love that big brother was coming to her rescue. The "C" family was so easy to work with and we couldn't have scheduled a better day to take pictures. It was just beautiful!

Oh, baby!

Nine weeks ago, my sweet friend had a beautiful baby! She was nice enough to let me come visit on a very rainy day last week, but seeing baby L's beautiful face brightened up the day! I went to her home, which was so nice because the baby was comfortable where she was at, and mom wasn't frazzled trying to get somewhere with a baby on time. I can't wait to take pictures of the entire family very soon!!! Thank you, Brandie!
